b. Cancellation Procedures: Users may cancel their Account and opt-out of emails at any time through their Account settings. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend User accounts and Services for violations of these Terms.

This Document and any Dispute arising out of or in connection with it, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The User agrees that the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Document or the services provided by the Company shall be in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
